Under instructions from and on behalf of my client Ajinkya Electronics, having its registered business at [Business Address], I hereby issue this legal notice as follows:

Therefore, you are hereby called upon to:
- Resolve the issue and remit/pay the outstanding amount of ₹[Amount] within 7 (seven) days from receipt of this notice, OR
- Take necessary corrective action (refund / return / settlement as applicable)
Failing which, my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings under applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant provisions, at your entire risk as to costs and consequences.
This notice is issued without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to my client.
